Ever since Twice released the English version of More and More and I can’t Stop Me, Onces has been anticipating the release of a single that is solely English. JYP announced the release of Twice’s first English single ‘The Feels’ which will be out on 1st October. In the group concept photo, the nine girls are dressed in school punk outfits with plaid, pleated skirts, sweatbands, chains, colorful badges, lace-up boots and even a necktie.

Punk fashion boomed during the 70s and was popular through the 90s with Gwen Stefani performing for No Doubt in red, plaid skirts and chains looped through the waist. But of course, fans will associate the school necktie and sweatbands with Avril Lavigne, the punk princess of early to mid 2000s.
The concept photos are not always an indication of the style of the music, but there is no doubt that Twice will deliver it. Like always.
